The hotel is conveniently located, with easy access to the Grand Bazaar, Blue Mosque, and tram station. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. The staff is helpful and accommodating, especially during breakfast. There are spa facilities available, including professional massages at a good price. The corner suite is spacious and has a very comfortable bed.
Some rooms may not have windows or have a view, and there may be noise from the elevator in certain rooms.

The cleanliness of the rooms was excellent, and the staff were always friendly and eager to help. The hotel facilities were excellent, and we particularly enjoyed the breakfast on the terrace with its amazing view over the city and ocean. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was very close to the old center, Blue Mosque, and Istanbul museums. we were pleased with the convenient parking and transportation options available.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the famous Grand Bazaar. We loved being able to explore the city's main sights without having to travel far. The staff at this hotel were exceptional, especially Guven the front office manager. From the moment we arrived, they were friendly and attentive, making us feel like family. The service was top-notch, with room service, car hire, and dry cleaning available. The room amenities were impressive, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a balcony. The hotel also had a wonderful spa and wellness center, where we could relax and unwind after a long day of sightseeing. we highly recommend this place for its location, quality service, and luxurious amenities.

The location of the hotel was great, with easy access to key attractions and public transportation. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay, always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests. The room wassuper clean and cozy, providing a pleasant place to rest after a long day of exploring. the breakfast offered a variety of delicious options to start the day off right.
There were a few aspects that could have been improved. the room could have been better soundproofed, as there was some noise from neighboring rooms.
